Backhoe TrainingIn a world where even the most basic construction and building jobs are becoming harder and harder to get, training can mean the difference between success and failure. But how can you get this training without draining your wallet at the same time? This concern is just one of the problems that has kept motivated workers from getting the training they need fast.
With the help of the courses that we offer here at the Heavy Equipment Operators School, time and money problems become much easier to deal with. To accommodate working individuals, we try to concentrate our coursework into a series of three- or six-week long courses, of either advanced or beginner levels. These classes--which meet every weekday from 6:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon--are comprehensive, and touch on many of the most important aspects of heavy equipment training, including such subjects as "Site and Personal Safety," "Flagger Certification," and "Job Placement."
The Heavy Equipment Operators School was founded in 1997 in Eugene, Oregon, and its campus includes a large gravel mine that provides a perfect area for training. Since its beginning, our school has provided many different operators with the skills and confidence needed to get an edge in the competitive field of heavy equipment operating.
Graduates of the Heavy Equipment Operators School emerge from their time here with the ability to safely and effectively operate a number of different machines, including the dozer, frontloader, backhoe/loader, excavator, roller, grader and dump truck. Their entry into the professional world is then aided by the school's Placement Office. Feel free to contact us at 800-265-7535 for further information.
