Heavy Equipment Operation SchoolsA lot of people complain that education is useless in today's world. But the bottom line is that, more often than not, education directly translates into a better chance of getting hired. This is especially so in the competitive world of construction and building, where misuse of heavy equipment can mean huge bills for the hiring company.
People who have tried to break into the construction industry without any experience have probably already found all this out. Here at the Heavy Equipment Operating School, we offer a solution. We provide interested students with two intensive courses, one advanced and one basic, that can help them acquire the experience they need to get the job they want.
Courses covered touch on such topics as Pads and Parking Lots, Equipment Applications, and Curvatures. Plus, a huge component of both the basic and advanced courses is the hands-on time spent with the equipment itself. Students will have a chance to get familiar with dozers, frontloaders, backhoe/loaders, excavators, rollers and graders, and even a bulldozer. Classes are five days a week, from 6:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon, and take place over three weeks (the basic course), or six weeks (advanced).
You can see how this would give you a serious edge on your competition when it comes to hiring time. Another big advantage is provided to graduates through HEOS's Job Placement Office, which works hard to find you a job that you're satisfied with. Interested?
