Equipment Operators School Course Outline
| Objective: |
To
attain the fundamental knowledge required to layout and grade an
excavation sites, and to acquire the fundamental skills necessary
to safely and effectively operate a dozer, frontloader, backhoe/loader,
excavator, roller and grader. We also have a dump truck to give
students hands on loading and spreading experience. |
| Description: |
The
course is a comprehensive curriculum including the fundamental subject
matter in both theoretical (classroom) and practical (field training)
aspects of grade reading, excavation and heavy equipment operation.
The complete curriculum consist of 65 hours of classroom training
and 85 hours of equipment and field training.The program incIudes
a Flagger Certification class.
